ASSOCIATE PHOTOGRAPHER AGREEMENT:
BETWEEN CAMERON THORP (CW PHOTOGRAPHY) AND DANELLE BOHANE

Accordingly, the undersigned photographer (referred to from this point on as "you," "Associate" or "Associate Photographer") and Cameron Thorp CW Photography (referred to from this point on as "we," "our," "us") (each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties") agree that Danelle Bohane will work as an Associate Photographer for us according to the terms of this agreement ("Agreement").

This Agreement Covers events that will take place on the:

15th and 16th of January 2021

SERVICES TO BE RENDERED

The Parties agree that Associate will perform the following services for or on behalf of Cameron Thorp (CW Photography) ("Services"):
- To attend and take photographs at weddings that are assigned to you according to the dates stated above, hereby known as ("Assigned Weddings");
- To take photographs of the Assigned Weddings as is appropriate, as a primary shooter throughout the wedding day.
- To deliver all RAW files via Dropbox in a timely manner to Cameron Thorp
- Photographs taken will become dual copyright property of Cameron Thorp and Associate, under the following guidelines: Images may be used in Associate Photographer's own blog, with the title denoting the photographs were taken as Associate for Cameron Thorp. Images are not permitted to be used for submissions or sent directly to the client or any of the other vendors involved with the wedding. Associate Photographer is permitted to use the images in your own website portfolio, and in blog post or on social media with title or caption denoting the wedding to be done as Associate for Cameron Thorp CW Photography - www.chasewild.com @chasewildphotos on social channels.

While performing the Services, you agree:
- To perform with the highest level of service, allowing Cameron Thorp to handle all client issues
- To provide quality Photographs with properly used settings. 
- To perform the Services during the entire contracted period. 

INDEMNIFICATION

Associate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us against all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from Associate’s performance of the services pursuant to this Agreement. 

PAYMENTS

All amounts to be invoiced after the day
15th of January 2021: $2250
16th of January 2021: $2250
