Jacinda and Nick ventured with us to West Auckland to catch a bit of the last light on a epic summers day. We had so much fun shooting with these two in the sand, sun and epic beauty of Bethalls Beach!

Courtney and Jackson are the most lovely wedding photography duo from San Francisco. They brought their friends and family all the way from America to New Zealand for their elopement.
When Courtney and Jackson got in touch they shared some of their dream and vision for their wedding day. They said they wanted to get married in the mountains near Queenstown and I told them I knew the perfect location!
After their ceremony we took a helicopter into the mountains for their photoshoot near Milford Sounds. We scoured the hills until the sun was almost gone. We then returned to their reception for a wild party in a tipi tent they had set up at their Airbnb.
Location: The middle of nowhere near Queenstown - ask us ;)
Tipi: Gather and Gold Tipis
Styling: One Fine Day

Tyler and Vicky's wedding was the first wedding of the season after spending 4 months travelling the northern hemisphere. I was pretty excited to get back into the New Zealand wedding season and this day did not disappoint in any way.
After Tyler and Vicky's ceremony we wandered a few of Auckland's streets and grabbed some shots along the way. Tyler and Vicky, thanks for following me into construction sites, dark carparks and climbing across stacks of rocks. It was definitely worth it!
Dress: Rue De Seine
Church: St Matthews, Auckland
Reception: Tamaki Yacht Club
Also, thanks to Tom from Hollow Creative for shooting with the boys in the morning.
If this wedding doesn't bring joy to your heart then I'm not sure what will. Joel and Rachael's wedding in Matakana, Auckland was a seriously stunning wedding. Photographing this day was an absolute joy.
There are a lot of images in this post. Don't just look at the images. See the story, love the emotion and listen to some good music while you do so. It's hard to look at these images and not smile.
Wedding and reception venue: The Woolshed, Matakana.
This wedding was featured in Magnolia Rouge Magazine here.
