Discovering split toning is often one of those big ‘ah-ha’ moments for photographers. Split toning is powerful and can add a level of sophistication and uniqueness to your photos. It’s an amazing way to distinguish your work from others and create images that look like your own. Split toning is a Lightroom tool that splits your images information into its highlights and shadows and then allows you to place colour/tone into each section independently.

What make a photo moody?
Our work often gets described as moody. While we wouldn’t like to consider ourselves a one trick pony, or locked into a certain style - we do shoot and edit in a very particular way to get the consistent look that we create.
We also often get photographers asking about our photos and presets. “how can I get my images to be moody?” “Will your presets make my photos moody?”
